Getting in better shape isn't as hard
as most people may think. It's not easy by any means, there is no
“magic pill” or machine, or easy answers. The fist thing, before
doing any type of exercise or change in eating habits, is you must
ask yourself “Do I want to do this?” Be honest with yourself, do
you have the mental toughness, determination, and the desire to see
your plans through to the end? Do you want it? From deep within the
pit of your heart, do you want it? If the answer is “no”, don't
be ashamed, you're being honest, and it isn't for you. If the answer
is “yes” then lets get down to business.
